The Old Mixed with the New Modern: Day 1

Over a year in Shanghai and I can finally say the streets, smell and feel is all so familiar. Its great how they can take such an old historic city and make it into the modern day. Finally, my best friend from Los Angeles is here to visit me...Lisa! I promised her to explore the city and much more and this is the first day of our journey.
